Snapforms Enterprise Upgrade
This project addressed account governance, invoicing, access secuirty and data/reporting issues for an organisation using Snapforms for contact centre interaction data collection.
Why?
26 accounts were historically in use with Snapforms for this organisation. All accounts were on the most basic subscription plan, with no defined Service Level Agreement. Additionally, access to critical features for reporting, account access and usability were unavailable for these basic subscription plans.
What?
A Base Case Document was created outlining the need to upgrade to an Enterprise level agreement with Snapforms. This was signed off by Senior Management and Executive Leadership. The scoped changs in this project that were delivered on were:
Establishment of a Service Level Agreement with Snapforms.
Consolidation of 26 accounts into one, singularly billed Enterprise account to be used across the organisation, not just for the initial service utilising Snapforms.
Formal Account Governance documentation outlining types of users, their access needs and their assigned access roles within the Enterprise accounnt.
The use of Snapform’s custom Power Automate connector made available by the upgrade, with it’s functionality being extended to allow additional functionality for CRUD operations using their API documentation and Power Automate’s Swagger editor. Power BI reporting based on Snapform submission data, providing enhanced descriptive analytic reporting capabilities.
